Karl Hepple joins as CEO of the Norman Garon Trust
Karl joins the Trust on 1st April from Stoke by Nayland Resort, where he has held the position of Director of Golf & Leisure for the past 5 years.
His affiliation with sport, health and wellbeing became apparent early in his childhood where after playing multiple sports, he became golf obsessed. It wasn’t long before he took his passion one step further and began the journey of transitioning his sporting hobbies into a career.
15 years later, Karl now joins the Trust with a vast experience, and an ever growing desire to help others benefit from health, wellbeing and sporting activities.

I can’t wait to work with the team to develop and strengthen those community relationships that have been so vital up to this point.”
Outside of work, Karl enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with his family.
He does however have a somewhat exhausting obsession with Newcastle United, something that he would love to talk to you about for hours at a time.
